The Scallop Truck is a small, family-owned business located on Cape Cod, MA. We aim to provide the freshest day boat sea scallops around! Our fishing vessel, Outlaw, fishes out of Hyannis, Provincetown and New Bedford. The scallops are harvested off the coast of Cape Cod, dredged from the sandy ocean bottom and shucked on board.
